Refund Policy

1. Tuition and Membership Fees

  • Non-Refundable: All tuition, membership, and registration fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been made.

  • Prepaid Programs: Tuition paid for multi-month or annual programs is non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be credited toward future classes.

2. Class Cancellations by the Dojo

  • If we cancel a class due to circumstances such as weather, instructor illness, or facility closures, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a make-up class or provide a credit toward future classes.

  • No cash refunds will be provided for canceled classes unless otherwise required by law.

3. Student Absences

  • Missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel, or other reasons are not eligible for refunds.

  • Make-up opportunities may be offered at the discretion of the dojo, subject to availability.

4. Dismissal from Program

  • Students (or parents/guardians) are responsible for maintaining appropriate conduct, safety, and respect for others.

  • If a student is dismissed from the program due to misconduct or violation of dojo rules, no refunds will be issued.

5. Trial Classes

  • If you are new to our dojo, we may offer a trial class or introductory package at a reduced rate.

  • Payments for trial classes are non-refundable, even if the student chooses not to continue.

6. Merchandise and Equipment

  • Sales of uniforms, belts, sparring gear, and other merchandise are final. For health and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned or refunded once used or worn.

  • Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

7. Special Events and Camps
